Delivery is currently limited to the following areas:

Vancouver: Sunday (3pm-9pm), Wednesday (6-9pm) and Friday (6-9pm) evenings
Vancouver: Saturday, Monday and Thursday mornings (8-1030am)
Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, NewWest, Surrey (Please make sure you check boundary map above): Sunday (6-9pm), Wednesday (6-9pm) and Friday (6-9pm) evenings
Vancouver, North and West Vancouver: Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings, (6-9pm)

We do our best to make sure any ingredients or foods listed as having to be avoided do not make it into your meals, however this is not 100% guaranteed. If you have severe allergies (especially to nuts, garlic, onions or nightshades), it may be advised to not enroll due to the risk of cross contamination of ingredients.
Please note that upon registering, your membership will automatically recur on a weekly basis. We require one week’s notice for cancellations of memberships. (If you need to reschedule or just cancel one delivery, 48 hours notice will suffice) Your one week’s cancellation will mean that there will be one more week of deliveries and payment received after your current week.
A fully refundable $30 deposit will be applied towards use of our reusable thermal bags. With each new delivery, please provide the bag from your previous order to the driver. Bags must be returned clean and undamaged in order to receive the deposit back.
